Currently I serve as a higher education executive, researcher, and consultant focused on helping leaders build workplaces where people can communicate openly, solve problems effectively, and thrive.
My work bridges systems thinking, civility, leadership development, and organizational resilience. Through my doctoral research and ongoing study of strengths-based, I explore one core question:
How can leaders build systems that support their team members, recognize those individuals assets, and build or re-create systems to exceed goals.
